registering for an event, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Donations
All donations made to Eco Hub Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
Donors are requested to verify all details (amount, purpose, mode of payment) before confirming their donation.
In case of duplicate donations due to technical errors, Eco Hub Foundation will review and process refunds (after verification).
If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the donor’s account, the payment
gateway or bank will normally reverse the amount within 7–10 working days.
- Eco Hub Foundation is not responsible for delays from the bank/payment gateway but
- will assist in tracking the issue.
Event Registrations & Tickets
Fees paid for events, workshops, or campaigns organized by Eco Hub Foundation are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified .
Cancellations by participants must be communicated in writing at least 7 days before the event. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If Eco Hub Foundation cancels or reschedules an event, registered participants will be offered:
A full refund of the registration fee, OR
A transfer of registration to the rescheduled date/event.
Transaction Failures

Tax-Exemption Receipts
Donors will receive official receipts for eligible donations under applicable tax laws Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
If a donor does not receive the receipt, they may contact us within 30 days.
