Project EASE

Project EASE is Eco Hub Foundation’s wellness initiative for corporates and colleges, designed to build healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable environments. It addresses the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of individuals, with a strong focus on women’s health.
Key highlights of Project EASE:

● Empower – Provide employees and students with knowledge and resources to take charge of their health and wellbeing.

● Acknowledge – Recognize the unique health challenges women face, including stress, menstrual pain, and reproductive health issues.

● Support – Offer practical solutions like workplace/college yoga, relaxation practices, and menstrual pain management techniques that can be done in just 20–30 minutes.

● Educate – Conduct awareness sessions on menstrual health, PCOD/PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, mental health, and promote sustainable menstrual practices.

Through Project EASE, we aim to redefine wellness in both professional and academic spaces, promoting gender-sensitive health programs and encouraging adoption of eco-friendly practices. The initiative also helps corporates and colleges align with CSR and ESG goals, making health and sustainability a shared responsibility.

Community Impact Projects

Project AASHRITHA

Project AASHRITHA – Menstrual Health with Dignity
Project AASHRITHA is Eco Hub Foundation’s flagship initiative dedicated to improving menstrual health, hygiene, and awareness among underprivileged adolescent girls and young women.
The project focuses on breaking the silence around menstruation, ending period poverty, and providing safe, sustainable solutions for better health and dignity.

Currently, under Project AASHRITHA, we are distributing organic sanitary pads to 1,000 girls in Navalgund Taluk, Dharwad (Karnataka). These pads are plant-based, biodegradable, and skin-friendly, reducing the risk of infections while also protecting the environment.

But Project AASHRITHA goes beyond pad distribution. We address one of the most unspoken struggles that girls silently suffer from—period pain, irregular periods, and lack of knowledge about their own cycle. Through interactive awareness sessions, we help girls:

â—Ź Understand menstrual health and hygiene practices
â—Ź Manage period pain through natural remedies, yoga, and lifestyle changes instead of over-relying on painkillers
â—Ź Gain awareness about irregular cycles, PCOD, and PCOS
â—Ź Learn how to use their menstrual cycle as a source of strength and power, rather than shame

By empowering underprivileged girls with knowledge, safe menstrual products, and confidence, Project AASHRITHA is reducing school absenteeism, improving reproductive health outcomes, and helping young women embrace their periods with dignity and pride.
